Lyon and Grenoble datacenters
Two sites operated in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, interconnected by a private backbone for low latency and a possible geographic disaster recovery plan.
Datacenter · Colocation
Host your own physical hardware (servers, network equipment, full racks) in our Lyon and Grenoble datacenters. Redundant power, controlled cooling and high-performance connectivity. Keep full control of your hardware while we take care of the surrounding infrastructure.

FAQ
In our regional datacenters in Lyon and Grenoble, operated by ASN NET SASU. Your data stays exclusively in France.
We target 99.9% uptime over the year, measured monthly.
Our engineers are reachable by email (contact@asncloud.fr) and by phone during business hours. Extended 24/7 support is available on request.
The 1U plans have no commitment and are billed monthly. The half-rack and full-rack plans come with a 36-month commitment.
Colocation means hosting your own physical hardware (servers, network equipment, racks) in our datacenter, with power, cooling, connectivity and physical security. By contrast, a dedicated server includes the hardware that we supply and operate. Colocation lets you retain full control over your hardware and software environment.
Your equipment is hosted in our two regional datacenters in Lyon and Grenoble, chosen at order time. Both sites are interconnected by a private backbone, which also allows you to build resilient multi-site architectures.
Yes, by appointment. You schedule your visit through support, we welcome you at the agreed times, and a member of staff accompanies you throughout your intervention to ensure traceability and security.
Allow around one week on average for your space allocation, network cabling and IP assignment. An urgent go-live is still possible: contact us in advance so we can assess feasibility.
Volumetric and application-layer filtering is enabled by default on all plans. It protects against bandwidth saturation attacks and common L4/L7 attacks, with no configuration required on your side.
Yes. You can order additional 100 W increments at any time, subject to available capacity in the rack. For larger needs (moving to a dedicated PDU, for example), we plan a short maintenance window with you.
The setup fee covers one-time provisioning costs: space allocation, initial network cabling, IPv4/IPv6 assignment and configuration, electrical pre-commissioning and handover of access. It is billed once at order time.
Yes. A cross-connect is a dedicated physical link between your space and another carrier or a peering point present in the datacenter. It is ordered as an option (€90/mo + €200 setup fee) and deployed within 5 to 10 business days.
